### Note privacy
1. Users can trust that all notes are 100% private and intended to be private unless shared by the user.
2. No one can see users notes but the user, unless the user decides to share the note to the channel.
3. If a user is reported to break/violate the terms of Discord's policies or our own, bot developer and/or bot staff have the right to investigate the reported users notes in detail.
4. Notes will never be inspected until a report on an individual has been made. We are then obligated to investigate.
  - If caught violating, the users note(s) are subject to reset and/or the privilege to use our free service can be revoked!

### Storage
1. We never store user Id's in general use cases.
- We may only store a users Id for cases of blacklist from the app, to ensure that blacklisted user cannot use the app anymore.
- Scrawl only stores all input submitted to </notes:$slashID[notes]> command for the intention/purpose of the app.
  - Not intended to store passwords or other sensitive material.

### Encryption
1. We do not encrypt any data submitted
  - DO NOT submit any sensitive information!
- Scrawl does not encrypt the data it stores because Scrawl is not created for storing sensitive material like passwords, storage keys, etc.
- It is the users job to ensure the data stored in the app is not sensitive to the user.

### Data usage
1. Scrawl may use your user Id in order to interact with you.
- We never use, store, sell or publicize any of your personal data to any/other 3rd parties.
